What draws my eye is the person in the back, looking out over the fence, or perhaps past it. I can't help but wonder who it is and what they're looking at... Nice shot!
You' re a smart observer! I thought when I took the picture (in color), that he was "the cherry on top of the cake" but when I opted for a B&W version, he faded a little. Is a very old man (in his 80's),that's still busy with his orchard and dogs.
this is a nice shot and I agree with everyone that the figure in the background catches your eye. My only slight suggestion would be a graduated neutral density filter applied to the to third of the image to increase the contrast on the leaves that frame the top of the image.
