...y peces - ...and fish


Con estos ascensores, los peces son transferidos desde aguas abajo hasta el embalse río arriba de la represa

Yes Rock, almost 80 ft. between the level of the reservoir upstream from the dam and the river downstream. The fish swim upstream to lay eggs, so the only mean to help them overcome the obstacle that the dam represents is to raise them with an elevator, and set them free in the lake!
