Las aguas del Paraná están creciendo. El 25 de febrero se firmará un acuerdo entre Argentina y Paraguay, para llevar adelante las obras de la costanera encarnacena.

The Paraná waters are rising. February 25, an agreement between Argentina and Paraguay will be signed to carry on with the works of the Encarnation´s waterfront.
